Matt Fenwick

MattMatt Fenwick went to India by accident when he was 18 and fell in love with the country, wildlife and people and has been returning ever since. He qualified as a teacher in 2007 and began running school trips to India with The Gerry Martin Project in 2012. In 2014 Matt and Gerry decided it was time to offer the experience to more young people and The Gerry Martin Project UK was born.

Matt is a vehement believer in TGMP’s philosophies and is a key player in our work with young people at the high school and college level.

Matt runs the UK side of the organisation, supporting Volunteers with their fundraising and makes it a point to travel to India as often as possible.
